Things you don’t need to try
Don’t try to befriend a rat,
Don’t test the sting of a bee,
Don’t jump from roof to roof like a ninja cat,
Don’t climb up a 36 foot tree.
Don’t jump from a skyscraper and try to land your feet,
Don’t ever eat raw meat,
Don’t investigate a thorny bush,
Don’t annoy a bear when there in a rush.
Don’t let a baby crocodile cry, for its mother if you’re nearby,
Don’t try to calm down an angry dog
Don’t go near a poisonous frog.
These things I told you are things you don’t need to try,
Because if you do your most likely to die

Things you don’t need to know
By Ríona Flynn 4 th , class 2020
Here are some things you don’t need to know,
Like why don’t you touch a tiger’s toe?
You shouldn’t be too hasty,
He will think you’re tasty.
How many spikes has a porcupine?
How do I see the teeth of a shark?
You may ask,
Why can a seal bark or why is there a bird called lark?
I can tell you those but definitely not these:
How to pluck feathers from an eagle?
How to poison a seagull?
How to see inside a snake?
That one wouldn’t be a piece of cake.
How to be ate by cow?
You would not want to know how.
How to ride a tiny dog?
How to play games with a hog.
Those are some things you do not need to know,
You may ask,
Do I know?
